Adventures In Cooking #2

So, it is the holidays season and it was time for my work's holiday bake-off contest. Last year I managed to tie for 1st for Taste with my Chocolate Cayenne Truffles, so of course I needed to bring my A game again this year.

This year I decided on a recipe that my Mom emailed for "Peanut Butter Cheese Cake Minis" courtesy of a Paula Deen recipe. The recipe for the "Peanut Butter Cheese Cake Minis" is located on Food Network website.

Once again for the second year in a row, I took 1st place for Taste. I'm always happy to win for taste, since that, I think, is the most important category of all. Unfortunately, I was not able to get enough votes in the other categories (originality, seasonality, presentation, or creative name) to take the trophy for Best Overall. Next year, I'm going to have to figure out something exceptional, so that I can sweep more categories to take the trophy for Best Overall.
